Shipping fees are calculated based on your selected products and delivery address. Some products include shipping in the listed price, while other products will have shipping costs calculated separately at checkout. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Mexico, and select countries in Oceania, North America, Asia, and the EU.

Most items are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Please allow 3-7 business days for production. Delivery times: Australia & New Zealand (5-10 business days), United States (7-14 business days), Canada & Mexico (10-15 business days), Other regions (12-20 business days).

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

As most of our products are made to order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
